RESOLUTION NO. 318

 

AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT

 

                     Introduced: 9/14/26

By Social Services Committee and Rosano:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department for Children, Youth and Families has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Department for Children, Youth and Families Budget regarding the provision of the Youth Safety and Leadership Pathway Initiative Programming with the Albany County Department of Parks and Recreation, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner indicated that this amendment will be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation for administrative funding, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Department for Children, Youth and Families Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
