AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING DESIGN AND RIGHT-OF-WAY SERVICES FOR THE CR352 OVER FOX CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

By Public Works Committee and Rosano:
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 111 for 2024 this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the New York State Department of Transportation regarding design and right-of-way services regarding the CR352 Over Fox Creek Bridge Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $283,584, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has requested authorization to enter into supplemental agreement No. 1 regarding additional funding in the amount of $15,776 for design and right-of-way services bringing the total contract cost to $298,897, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into supplemental agreement No. 1 regarding additional funding in the amount of $15,776 for design and right-of-way services bringing the total contract cost to $298,897, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
