AMENDING THE 2026 SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

By Public Safety Committee and Rosano:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget to cover expenditures for the Sheriff’s Office, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
