AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH CDWG LLC REGARDING AUDIO-VISUAL UPGRADES TO THE ALBANY COUNTY LEGISLATIVE CHAMBERS

By Audit and Finance Committee:
WHEREAS, The Department of Management and Budget, in conjunction with the Albany County Legislature, seeks authorization to enter into an agreement with CDWG, LLC regarding the purchase of audio and visual equipment for the new County Legislative Chambers, in the amount of $97,107, and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to New York State contract, CDWG, LLC has been selected to provide this audio and visual equipment for the new Legislative Chambers, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with CDWG, LLC regarding the purchase of audio and visual equipment for the new County Legislative Chambers, in the amount of $97,107, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
