AMENDING THE 2020 DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, The Albany County District Attorney has requested authorization to amend the 2020 District Attorney’s Office Budget to reallocate existing funds, and
WHEREAS, The District Attorney has indicated that this reallocation of funds is necessary to comply with new criminal justice reforms, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2020 District Attorney’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:
Decrease Appropriation Account A1165.1 by $386,599 by decreasing the following line items:
Decrease Line Item A1165 1 1150 002 Bureau Chief Assistant DA by $88,070 with an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1165 1 2710 Database Administrator by $86,000 with an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1165 1 4022 001 Criminal Investigator PT by $31,212 with an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1165 1 4022 002 Criminal Investigator PT by $31,212 with an annual salary of $0
