General Services is requesting authorization to renew contract 2023-874 pursuant to Res. No. 515 of 2022 dated December 5, 2022. This is the first of two, one-year renewals provided within the terms of the contract.
The existing contract with NYSID provides janitorial services and materials for the Stedman House. Pursuant to the Request for Price Concurrence dated July 10, 2026, the annual cost for this renewal is $18,274.46
The term of this renewal will be January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
