The Department of Public Works respectfully requests the Legislature’s approval to enter into a supplemental agreement with JMT of New York, Inc. for design and construction inspection services of CR102 (Old Quarry Rd) over Onesquethaw Creek (BIN 3301040) Bridge Rehabilitation Project in the Town of New Scotland. The original contract with JMT, in the amount of $164,500.00, was approved by the Leg in 2024 (Resolution #700). The supplemental design costs, detailed in the attached backup, amount to $30,000.00 bringing the contract total to $194,500.00.
