The Public Defender’s Office is requesting authorization to enter into an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for a digital evidence storage and management program for the term October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2034. The proposed agreement will replace and consolidate two existing agreements between the Public Defender’s Office and Axon into a single contract.
