The Department of Management and Budget has completed a review of the tax foreclosed parcels that were taken into County ownership in the month of March, 2026.
The Department is requesting authorization under the 2025 County Disposition Plan to sell and convey all properties on the attached list of county-owned parcels in compliance with the US Supreme Court and NYS Law provisions related to distribution of surplus proceeds.
