Legislative authorization is requested to convey two (2) county-owned parcels of property located at at 460 First St. (Tax map no. 65.55-1-11) and 58 Quail St. (Tax map no. 65.47-3-45), located in the City of Albany. The Eden’s Rose Foundation is offering $500 per parcel, totaling $1,000, to purchase 460 First St. and 58 Quail St. in the City of Albany, for two vacant county‑owned lots directly abutting Eden’s Rose Foundation properties.
