DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)
Requesting authorization to renew our current license agreement with Stewart’s Shops Corp. The Stewart’s location at 309 Delaware Avenue in Delmar, NY, encroaches upon County property near the Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail. This will renew the original 2017 agreement for an additional three years. This is the final option to renew and should be revisited in 2029.
