Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is requesting financing authorization for the High-Rise Infrastructure and Floor Remodeling capital project in the Albany County 2027 - 2031 Capital Plan. The request is for $8.0 million dollars for 2027 and $2.0 million dollars for 2028. The project is to refit the High-Rise floors to a usable form which includes replacing the HVAC, plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
