The County sponsored an application for a snowmobile trail maintenance grant and was awarded funding through the NYS Department of Parks and Recreation and Historic Preservation to assist local snowmobile clubs with the development and maintenance of snowmobile trails in the county. The total award amount is $20,228.00. The funds will be passed through to Frontier Sno Riders and Middleburgh Ridge Runners, the organizations responsible for maintenance.
