The County Executive’s Office is requesting authorization to implement a new vehicle policy for best practices and procedures for all County employees who will be utilizing Albany County fleet vehicles as part of their job responsibilities. This new policy will address vehicle utilization practices, responsibilities of employees who use County fleet vehicles before, during, and after their usage, responsibilities of each department whose employees use fleet vehicles, reporting requirements, and general vehicle usage.
