DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)

The Purchasing Division respectfully requests approval to contract with Moore Fire Extinguisher Co., LLC for countywide fire extinguisher and suppression system inspection service. The contract term will be for a period of three (3) years. Total three-year bid amount is $111,162.00, we are requesting authorization for a total cost not to exceed $121,162.00 to cover replacement costs for fire extinguishers that may be needed during the three-year bid term.
