The Department of Mental Health requests permission to provide a one-year, no-cost extension for the Addiction Care Center of Albany’s Opioid Settlement Funded Community Grant contract (Contract No. 2024-1990), which is being used to provide short term rental assistance and peer support to individuals leaving inpatient treatment of opioid use disorders.
