Request to designate 13 Binghamton Street (87.14-1-6) as surplus property and sell said property to Momentum Environmental in the amount of $1,200,000. This is roughly half of a parcel that was purchased by Albany County in 2025 for $999,000 for purpose of constructing a public safety training center. With architecture and engineering underway for the training center, Albany County has identified that we do not need this portion of the property. There is currently no need for this portion of the property.
