Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center respectfully requests contract authorization for architectural and engineering design and construction services for the High-Rise Infrastructure and Floor Remodeling capital project. The current infrastructure for the High-Rise was original to the building’s construction in the early 1970’s. This project will return the High-Rise floors to usable condition.
