Legislative authorization is requested to convey the vacant lot located at 517 First St. (Tax Map # 65.47-2-29) situated in the City of Albany, to Chris LaGray. Mr. LaGray owns the properties at 513/515 First St., which directly border this parcel. He plans to remove all overgrowth and reseed the rear portion of the lot with grass. He will also cut down the trees in the back that are leaning toward his house and vehicles. His top priority is to install a new fence and gate to prevent unauthorized access.
