A budget amendment is requested to provide funding for the purchase of property maintenance equipment. The acquisition of this equipment for approximately $15,000 will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property maintenance operations by greatly reducing the time and manual labor required to complete routine property maintenance tasks.
The investment in this equipment will allow the property maintenance team to keep our county-owned properties maintained to a higher standard in a timely and cost-effective manner.
