Justification: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)

The Department of Public Works is seeking the Legislature’s funding authorization in the amount of $7,050,000.00 for Corridor Improvements along New Karner Road (NY155 and CR157) from US20 to Watervliet Shaker Road. The Federal Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is funding 80% of this project.  The Legislature had previously authorized funding for this project through Bond Resolutions 470-2020 and 64-2023.
