DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)
The Department of General Services respectfully requests approval of a bond resolution authorizing
$500,000 for County-wide Facilities Evaluation.
Many of the County's facilities are aged and would benefit from a structural and engineering evaluation. The proposed evaluations will allow the County to make the best use of its resources. This project will include evaluation
and engineering fees with construction beginning in the out years.
These projects are included in the current Capital Plan - County-wide Facilities Evaluation B1501.
