MDS documentation is an integral part of the reimbursement process. Correct data should be submitted to captures all of the care being provided by the clinicians to ensure proper reimbursement from all third party payor sources. Review of this data is invaluable to our clinical staff along with directly impacting our quality indicators for the CMS Five Star Rating. Celtic Consulting, LLC was chosen through the RFP process, 2024-111 and this is the second one year contract with one optional renewal after this term.
