Legislative authorization is requested to convey the vacant lot located at 506 Washington Ave. (Tax Map No. 65.62-2-8) situated in the City of Albany, to Reyna Manon of Albany Area Properties, LLC. Ms. Manon owns the adjoining properties at 133-135 Spring Street, which directly border this parcel, and intends to use it to provide safe, reliable access to the rear of their building for tenant parking.
