Legislative authorization is requested to convey the vacant lot at 264 Livingston Ave. (Tax Map No. 65.65‑5‑12) in the City of Albany to Dr. Brenda Robinson for $1,000. Dr. Robinson owns the adjoining property at 266 Livingston Ave., which directly borders the parcel, and has voluntarily maintained the lot since 2009, including after the City demolished the former structure for safety reasons. She has continued to care for the property and intends to do so going forward.
