DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)
The Crime Victim and Sexual Violence Center (CVSVC) was recently made aware of the availability of $49,757 in additional funding for our Department of Health (DOH) community mobilization grant. This funding is to be applied to Year 2 of the grant (2/1/25-1/31/26). We are requesting approval to amend the current contract to reflect the new total amount of $219,757 for Year 2.
We are also requesting to modify the 2025 budget to reflect the additional funding. This funding will be allocated to the Fees for Services line.
