The Department of General Services respectfully requests approval of a bond resolution authorizing $3,000,000 for Various Site Preparation Improvements. The County is preparing for future redevelopment as a catalyst in a plan for broader neighborhood revitalization. These projects will allow the County to better position these land improvement projects as shovel ready. These projects are included in the current Capital Plan - Various Site Preparation Improvements B2701.
