DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)

The Department of Public Works is requesting the Legislature’s approval to purchase one (1) Bobcat Compact Track Loader from Clarke Equipment and Robert H. Finke & Sons using NYS Contract PC69396, Group #40625, and Award #PGB-22792 for a total amount not to exceed $109,077.60. This loader will be incorporated into the Department of Public Works' equipment inventory, enhancing operational efficiency across seven subdivisions by reducing wait times for equipment availability.
