RESOLUTION NO. 16

 

AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH S.A. DUNN AND COMPANY, LLC REGARDING THE DISCHARGE AND TREATMENT OF LEACHATE TO THE WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT’S NORTH PLANT

 

                     Introduced:  2/9/26

                     By Conservation, Sustainability, Green Initiatives Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Executive Director of the Water Purification District has requested authorization to enter and agreement with S.A. Dunn and Company, LLC regarding the discharge and treatment of leachate to the Water Purification District’s North Plant in the amount of $25,000 plus $0.03 per gallon for a term commencing March 1, 2026 and ending February 28, 2027 with a one-year option to renew, now therefore be it and

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with S.A. Dunn and Company, LLC, Rensselaer, NY 12144 regarding the discharge and treatment of leachate to the Water Purification District’s North Plant in the amount of $25,000 plus $0.03 per gallon for a term commencing March 1, 2026 and ending February 28, 2027 with a one-year option to renew, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
