WHEREAS, The Supervisor of the Town of Colonie has filed with the County Legislature of Albany County a statement of unpaid water charges in the Latham Water District, Town of Colonie, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be levied and assessed against each specific lot or parcel of land as set forth in said statement in the Latham Water District of the Town of Colonie, such sums against the property liable and amounting in the aggregate sum of $1,671,383.70, said water charges to be placed on the 2026 tax roll of said town, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
