AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF’S OFFICE BUDGET: AUCTIONED AGENCY VEHICLES

By Public Safety Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget to transfer funding from auctioned agency vehicles into the automobile budget line, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, That the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
