AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 22 FOR 2026 REGARDING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY AT ALBANY CENTER FOR TECHNOLOGY IN GOVERNMENT REGARDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DATA INVENTORY

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 22 for 2026, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the University at Albany Center for Technology in Government regarding professional services for data inventory in an amount not to exceed $298,000 for the term commencing March 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027, and
WHEREAS, An amendment is necessary to reflect an agreement amount of $325,000, rather than $298,000, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Resolution No. 22 for 2026 is hereby amended by replacing all instance of “$298,000” with “$325,000” throughout, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
