RESCINDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 399 FOR 2019 AND AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20 BENSON STREET (TAX MAP NO. 65.54-2-35) IN THE CITY OF ALBANY

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 399 for 2019, this Honorable Body authorized the conveyance of various parcels of real property acquired through in rem foreclosure to the Albany County Land Bank Corporation (the "Land Bank"), including 20 Benson Street (Tax Map No. 65.54-2-35) in the City of Albany, and
WHEREAS, NH Matiasco, LLC., has expressed an interest in acquiring the parcel and has offered to pay $25,000 for the property, and plans to restore the property back to regular use, and
WHEREAS, The Albany County Real Property Disposition Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 29 for 2019, implemented procedures for properties to be discretionally conveyed by the County to individuals or entities for economic development purposes, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Resolution No. 399 for 2019 is hereby amended by rescinding the authorization to convey the parcel located at 20 Benson Street (Tax Map No. 65.54-2-35) in the City of Albany, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Executive is authorized to execute on behalf of the County any documents necessary to convey the parcel located at 20 Benson Street (Tax Map No. 65.54-2-35) in the City of Albany, to NH Matiasco, LLC, 194 Mount Hope Drive, Albany, NY 12202 for the amount of $25,000, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That NH Matiasco, LLC., shall be responsible for any and all closing costs, as well as a pro-rated share of any current real property taxes owes as of the closing date, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said conveyance as to form and content, and, be it further
