CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL SERVICE

 

                     Introduced:  2/9/26

                     By Personnel Committee:

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, pursuant to New York State Civil Service Law § 15(1)(b) and § A1202 of the Albany County Charter, that the appointment of Hannah Black of Albany, New York as the Director of the Department of Civil Service, to serve a six-year term commencing immediately and ending February 9, 2032, at the salary appropriated in the Annual County Budget, is hereby confirmed, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
