AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET: OVERTIME

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Director of the Department of Mental Health has requested a budget amendment in order to increase the amounts contained in the Department’s Overtime line, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director has indicated that such amendment will be offset by reductions in vacant lines and is therefore budget-neutral, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Mental Health Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
