AMENDING THE 2026 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET: CIVIL SERVICE TITLES

WHEREAS, The Director of the Department of Civil Service has requested a budget neutral amendment to the 2026 Albany County Budget regarding reclassifying civil service titles throughout the County Budget, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Albany County Budget is hereby amended follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
