AMENDING THE 2026 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET: JAIL-BASED ADDICTION SERVICES

                     WHEREAS, The Director of Mental Health has requested an amendment to the 2026 Albany County Budget to transfer $356,724 in New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports pass-through State Aid funds from the Department of Mental Health to the Sheriff’s Office for jail-based addiction services, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Albany County Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
