AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVIES OFFICE, INC. REGARDING THE SHAKER PLACE FIFTH FLOOR RENOVATION

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Davies Office, Inc. for the Shaker Place Fifth Floor Renovation in an amount not to exceed $113,669 for a term commencing November 1, 2021 and ending October 31, 2022, and
WHEREAS, The Department of General Services, through the County Purchasing Agent and using New York State Contract, has recommended Davies Office, Inc. for the supply and set up of office work stations and accessories for the Shaker Place Fifth Floor Renovation project, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Davies Office, Inc., Albany, NY 12204 for the Shaker Place Fifth Floor Renovation in an amount not to exceed $113,669 for a term commencing November 1, 2021 and ending October 31, 2022, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
