AUTHORIZING MULTIPLE CORRECTIONS TO THE TAX ROLL FOR THE TOWN OF COLONIE

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body has received three applications from the Director of the Real Property Tax Service Agency for multiple corrections of real property taxes, and
WHEREAS, These applications have been investigated by the Director who recommends to this Honorable Body that the Tax Roll involved be corrected, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the listed Tax Roll for the Town of Colonie be corrected with respect to the following parcels of real property:

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
