APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE ALBANY COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT BOARD

WHEREAS, In accordance with Sections 6 and 7 of the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Districts Law, three of the five directors appointed by the Legislature shall serve a term of three years; and
WHEREAS, There is a vacancy in one of the positions reserved for active farmers recommended by Grange, and Mrs. Erin Tryon of Selkirk, NY has been recommended; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Erin Tryon of Selkirk, NY be appointed as Grange representative for a term ending December 31, 2028, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
