WHEREAS, The Supervisor of the Town of Westerlo has filed with the County Legislature of Albany County a statement of unpaid water charges in the Westerlo Water District No. 1, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be levied and assessed against each specific lot or parcel of land in the Town of Westerlo as set forth in said statement of the Westerlo Water District No.1, such sums against the property liable and amounting in the aggregate sum of $27,242.42, said water charges to be placed on the 2026 tax roll of said town, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
