RESOLUTION NO. 405

 

AMENDING THE 2022 WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT BUDGET: EQUIPMENT REPAIR

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Director of the Water Purification District has requested authorization to amend the 2022 Water Purification District budget, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director has indicated that a budget amendment is necessary to cover the cost of an emergency repair of a high voltage switch which is a critical component necessary to provide power to the North Plant, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2022 Water Purification District Budget is amended as follows:

 

Increase Revenue Account G0599 District Fund Balance by $300,000

 

Increase Appropriation Account G8130.4 by $300,000 by increasing Line Item G8130 4 4070 Equipment Repair and Rental by $300,000

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
