AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET: CLERK II POSITION

 

                     Introduced: 5/11/26

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget regarding funding for a Clerk II position at an annual salary of $58,350., and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this amendment will reflect the evolving administrative needs of the Department to ensure sufficient staffing levels, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
