AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET: 2023 PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING POINTS OPERATIONS GRANT

WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has requested a budget amendment to the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget to reopen the 2023 Public Safety Answering Points Operations Grant Program contract and move the remaining funds back for costs associated with maintaining the Public Safety Answering Points system, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, That the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
