AMENDING THE 2026 SHERIFF’S OFFICE BUDGET: ENCUMBRANCES

WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget to reopen several pre-authorized and existing grants and encumber the amounts remaining in said grants, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
