AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 332 FOR 2024 REGARDING A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CLOUGH HARBOR AND ASSOCIATES, INC.

 

                     Introduced: 2/10/25

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 332 for 2024, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with Clough Harbor and Associates, Inc. regarding design and right-of-way services for the New Karner Road and Watervliet Shaker Road Corridor Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $441,000 for a term commencing March 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2026, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has indicated that dollar amount was incorrectly stated in the material submitted, and

                      

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner has requested that the dollar amount for be corrected to $492,000, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 332 for 2024 is hereby amended to $492,000, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
