AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH GP FLOORING SOLUTIONS REGARDING CARPET REPLACEMENT FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH FLOORS AT 112 STATE STREET

By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with GP Flooring Solutions regarding carpet replacement for the third and fourth floors at 112 State Street in an amount not to exceed $201,749 for a term commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that GP Flooring Solutions is a Woman Owned Business approved under a New York State Office of General Services contract, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with GP Flooring Solutions, Gates, NY 14624 regarding carpet replacement for the third and fourth floors at 112 State Street in an amount not to exceed $201,749 for a term commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2026, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
