WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested a budget amendment to the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget to transfer FY2023 Domestic Terrorism Prevention Grant funding between lines to allow for the most efficient use of the grant funding, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 2026 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
