The Department of Public Works (DPW) respectfully requests the Legislature’s approval to enter into agreement with NYSDOT for the design phase of the Roadway Safety Action Grant in the amount of $141,000.00. The County’s required local share is $14,100.00 and will be funded through the Department of Public Works’ Highway and Trail Improvement Project Capital Plan.
