ADOPTING A SUBAWARD AND MONITORING POLICY FOR EXPENDITURE OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021 CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS BY ALBANY COUNTY

 

                     Introduced: 7/10/23

                     By A. Joyce:

                     WHEREAS, The County of Albany received funds from the American Rescue Plan Act which may be used for various projects and programs within the County to help mitigate the long-term effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and

 

WHEREAS These funds are subject to the provisions of the federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR Part 200 (UG), and the County is authorized to act as a pass-through entity and enter into subaward agreements with subrecipients to expend said funds, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the Subaward and Monitoring Policy for Expenditure of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds by Albany County, as annexed hereto, is hereby adopted, and, be it further

                     

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of the resolution the appropriate County Officials.
